This contract will help each mentee/mentor:

• Establish expectations for both parties
• Identify goals within the mentorship
• Outline skill areas to be enhanced and or developed through this partnership

As a mentee I agree to do the following:

• Meet on a regular bases with my mentor and maintain frequent communication.
• Make the commitment of giving time and effort to maintain a quality relationship.
• I have been provided a direct avenue to contact my mentor and can reach out when needed.
• Attend any and all zoom meetings when scheduled.
• Make necessary phone calls and emails to the team provided to me.
• Review my progress and make the necessary adjustments as I work towards my goals.
• Listen and be open.
• Be ready to move forward and execute when the time presents itself.
• Maintain confidentiality of our relationship

As a mentor, I agree to do the following:

• Meet on a regular bases with my mentee and maintain frequent communication.
• Make the commitment of giving time and effort to maintain a quality relationship.
• Share needs and expectations to work together to develop a plan to realize the mentee’s goals.
• Provide the necessary resources and team for the mentee to best reach their goals.
• Provide a comfortable working environment for all parties.
• Trainings will include zoom calls for progress reports, propert analysis, steps of real estate and property management.
• Maintain confidentiality of our relationship..
