As strange as it may seem, we cherish all of the hiccups and setbacks because when one door closed for us, two other doors opened. We could have given up at the first sign of trouble, but we persisted for the greater good. From the ground up, we strove for financial independence.
GERARD PUZO
Is a husband, a father, a real estate investor, a landlord, an entrepreneur, a business partner, and a mentor in the real estate industry. Gerry is 1/3 of H.G.R.G. and started his real estate journey over 11+ years ago. Gerry began his real estate career by flipping houses, but after some ups and downs, he took a step back from real estate to rethink his strategy and transitioned to purchasing and holding. He became successful in many areas of real estate as he progressed through the years and gained expertise, such as BRRRR, Buying and Holding investment properties, Flipping, Rehabs, Creative Financing, Owner Financing, and forming a strong team to deliver high returns. Despite the fact that the odds were stacked against him during his upbringing, he channeled his energy into positivity and now lives by the mantra “Why Not Us.”
LANCE LOZADA
Is a father of 4 girls, Husband, Real Estate Investor, Landlord, Entrepreneur, Business partner and Real Estate Mentor. Lance is 1/3 of H.G.R.G. and started his real estate journey over 9+ years ago. He started by finding a mentor that was established in real estate. His mentor was a millionaire that was acquiring land then selling new builds and would allow Lance to come learn the process on his off days. Although Lance was mentored on how to create and sell new builds, he just didn’t have the capital to follow his mentors footsteps. After trying different avenues, Lance decided to join forces with his business partner and acquire buy and holds out of state. Going against everyone’s advice to not buy out of state, Lance still went against the grain and has become very successful out of state with a team that he built from the ground up.

Is a father, Husband, Real Estate Investor/Landlord, Entrepreneur, Business Partner, Real Estate Coach/Mentor, 1/3 of H.G.R.G.! I have 15+ years experience in Real Estate. My entry to my Real Estate journey began being a contractor and has continued to evolve. Through my last 15+ years I’ve had success and experiences in multiple facets of Real Estate, such as; BRRRR, Buying and holding investment properties, Flipping, Wholesaling, Off-Market Deals, Portfolio Analysis, Portfolio Acquisitions, Rehabs, Hardmoney, Creative Financing, Owner Financing, Property Management/Property maintenance. Our goal here is to give our experiences, our teams, our markets, and our guidance to any level investor(s) looking to go to the next level in their Real Estate journey.
